3. The Custom Order Process

1. Initial Contact & Concept Discussion
You contact Noelle to discuss your desired design.

2. Product Selection & Purchase
You order your preferred leather jacket style and size via the shop.

3. Artwork Creation
Noelle paints your jacket by hand and sends photos/videos for review.

4. Review & Final Adjustments
You may request one round of small adjustments before final sealing.

5. Shipping
Once finalized, the jacket is packed and shipped to your address.

4. Pricing & Payment

– All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
– Payments are processed securely through our selected providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
– Full payment is required upfront for all custom orders.
– Custom artwork prices vary based on complexity and jacket type.

5. Shipping & Delivery

– We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.
– Estimated delivery time is 2–6 weeks after order confirmation, depending on complexity and destination.
– You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
– We are not responsible for customs duties or delays due to local regulations.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all jackets are made-to-order and customized, returns or refunds are not accepted once painting has begun.

However, we do accept:

– Cancellation before painting begins (within 48 hours of order) – full refund.
– Repairs or corrections if artwork arrives damaged due to shipping.

If your jacket arrives with any defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

All designs created by Noelle remain the intellectual property of the artist.
